If I don't get an apology or something of that nature then y'all have to understand that I really thought my email telling me my start date was what the GM wanted
Hello I really need a response from corporate. I was sent an email from the vice president suzann when my start date was and it confused me and the general manager didn't hire me because I didn't listen to the day he told me to go in but I thought what the vice president sent me was when I officially go in.
I need a response from her, either an apology or her or other corporate members to help me secure my position at bonefish grill. It was a misunderstanding and it's crippling my self esteem for this occuring.
I feel embarrassed and humility because I didn't understand what I was supposed to do. I'm feeling emotional over it and I don't know why I can't be told an apology off rip

Below is my answer to their company after we received $100 in $10 gift cards in May for the rotten food and service in North Carolina. We then tried to use them with friends and family in Indiana last month (the problem started in NC), only to find out they were already expired.
Thank you for getting back to me. Yes, I remember our conversation and I naively told everyone what a stand-up company this was before we left our Indiana home. We don't want to discuss this issue further if the service is poor in NC. Now, we see the service in Indiana isn't much better. I don't think there is too much you can do to change my feelings, or the feelings of our family and friends, about how poor the service is at Outback now compared to when you opened in Tampa back in the 80's.
We used to dine with you at least once a month. I understand that good help is hard to find these days, but that is still no excuse for the poor food quality or the customer service training that a company the size of Bloomin Brands should be providing its new hires.
After discussing our experience with our friends and family, most of them also had nothing positive to say about Outback or any of your other brands. In case you wish to address this issue, you should still have the address for our national forwarding service.
In case you will want us to try another property, we'll be on the road for the next two months. We receive our mail from Indiana twice a month while traveling. After that, we'll be based at our Florida home. I will provide both addresses. However, if you're planning to send more gift cards with tight expiration dates, please don't waste any more of our time or yours. By the time we receive them, they will already be useless!

I went to the Outback in Salisbury tonight and will never go back there. The food was so spiced, I could not even enjoy it.
We normally eat at the one in Winston-Salem and always have great food and service. We expected the same tonight as always.
However, the cook put so many spices on the steak and shrimp, it literally burned our mouths. I wasted my $50.00 gift card.

On August 17 while dining with family I noticed a maggot on back of seat after eating. Maggot was removed by employee and unbelievably my dinner was not compensated for this disgusting experience.

Bad service at outback
Cant get anyone on the phone same garbage of service I got at OUTBACK RESTAURANT
We were party of 10 with 3 mouths old baby we waited for 45 minutes and there was no waiting time on table they have only one table in the whole place that can fit party of 10 and someone had 2 people sitting there when I complained about it they said that this people requested this table I ask the people that was sitting there if they requested the the table thy said no i went to the manager to and told him that hes laying and making me look like a fool he got mad and kicked out out of there after waiting for almost an hour
Gift card not recognized in system
I have a gift card that shows $56 on my iPhone. The code and pin however is not being recognized by Outback staff.
The manager even thought it was odd. They said it doesnt even show that number. It doesnt say a balance on their end because it is almost like the gift card isnt in the system at all.
I believe I got the gift card issued via upside app (gas savings app). I get a lot of rewards from upside app because of app referrals since Im a YouTube influencer with 100k subs.
Please reply to my email and I can give you gift card details.

Not enough options for what i needed to talk to someone!ll back gift card. Do not live near any resturants on card.
I recieved a $150.00 gift card a couple of months ago. The problem is I do not live any where near these resturants, I live in Sanger, CA.
I wanted to sell your giftcard back and use the money for somewhere near my hometown but couldn't talk to anyone. Sorry, Thank you.

I ordered a large take-out order. The food was cold and inedible.
This is the worst restaurant food experience I've ever had. Needless to say, you have lost yet another customer.
How do you stay in business? Advertising can't cover up bad quality food and poor presentation.

My son worked for Outback and was injured on the job. This company does not care one bit about their employees.
He has had to fight for workers comp through an also *** company, Corvel Corporation, which Bloomin Brands uses for risk management. He was a full time worker and somehow Corvel thought he only needed $200 a week to survive. My son has had to threaten legal action just to get it all started. He was released back to work for a while and was making progress.
Now about three weeks ago, his doctor would notnrelease him back to work and he has not been sent one workers comp payment as of yet.
I know this is on part of Corvel Corporation, however, Bloomin Brands is going throughbsuch a *** careless company to take care of their employees. Shame on you

I was given a gift card. When I used it at Outback, I was told there was no funds available.
I've contacted Bloomin' Brands twice, once left a message for help, a second call I was given an email address that was invalid. I will NOT EVER purchase a Bloomin' Brands gift card and will advise the relative that gave me it, don't ever buy again.

My name is Jordan Gray. I invest in the company and as part of my investigations I sometimes enjoy applying for employment and working a couple months as I'm very involved in my investments.
So I decided to involve myself into the Carrabbas at
160 Cypress Edge Dr, Palm Coast, FL 32164. I've never seen such a mismanaged and direspectful work enviroment in my life.
I'm truly upset of my investment choices and will also be advising my associates of this experience. Thank you.
Disappointment
We had our area Christmas dinner at your location on 2400 Boston St in Baltimore Md. on 12/12/23.
The worse experience I've ever had at any of your restaurants. It began with the Martini I ordered. Only 3/4 full. No olives they were out.
Not very cold and was supposed to be extra dry which it was not. I decided to get a second one and to my surprise the bartender poured it in the same glass my first was in. Unacceptable. Now to the meal.
There were 17 of us. When the food came out it was pure chaos. The waiters did not know who got what and walked around asking which seemed very confusing. I ordered a NY strip med rare with a lobster tail and salad and sweet potatoes.
Once the food was delivered I ended up with a sirloin that was very overcooked, regular potatoes and a cold lobster tail. I will NEVER return to this location.
